Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound chicken drumsticks skin on (about 10 Pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp yellow curry powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon freshly chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel. Fill a Ziploc bag with them.
  • Combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar in a small mixing bowl and stir well with a spoon until smooth. Add the marinade to the Ziploc bag containing the chicken and toss to mix. Seal the bag tightly after pressing out the air. To properly coat the chicken thighs, press the marinade around them. Refrigerate the Ziploc bag for at least 1 hour and up to overnight marinating.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on a large half-sheet baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning once midway through, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • Allow 5 minutes for the drumsticks to cool before garnishing with parsley and serving.
