  3. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  7. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  8. Garnishing
  9. Optional: 1/4 cup diced green onions
  10. slices of lemon, sliced

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia filets each around 4 ounces
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Garnishing

  • ¼ cup diced green onions Optional
  • slices of lemon sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the grated Parmesan, lemon pepper, parsley, and salt in a mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the fish, then coats it with the cheese mixture, lightly pressing it in with your fingers to ensure it sticks. a light sprinkling of crushed parmesan Place on a baking pan coated with foil.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the thickest section of the fish is opaque.
  • Broil for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese crust is somewhat crunchy (keep an eye on the fish to make sure it doesn't burn).
  • Serve with green onions on top and lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
